In hospitals one important future factor is often ignored: healthy and motivated staff. The number of younger employees decreases, the number of older employees increases. One central challenge for the clinic sector is a „demographic proof“ human resource management for physicians and nurses.
How do hospitals get fit for the Demographic Change? And what’s the role of the executives? Using two case studies the article introduces important intervention fields in the management of human resources.
